VIP Naukari operates primarily as a free job portal. However, certain premium or paid services may be offered, such as featured job postings, priority listings, or premium job alerts. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided.
2. No Refunds for Free Services
All free services, including job browsing, company profiles, and interview preparation resources, are provided as-is. Since these are free, no refunds apply.
3. Paid Services & Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will only be considered if there is a technical error (e.g., payment charged but service not activated).
- Once a premium feature (e.g., featured job posting) is successfully activated, no refunds will be issued.
- If you purchased a service by mistake, you must contact us within 48 hours to request a review.
4. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription or premium service anytime. However, no pro-rata refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the service.
5. Processing of Refunds
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway delays are outside our control.
