CBSE Board Exams 2026: Date Sheet Expected to Release in December
CBSE is expected to release the Class 10 and 12 board exam date sheets for 2026 in December. Exams likely to begin from mid-February 2026.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the date sheets for Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations 2026 in the first week of December 2025. The exams are likely to commence from mid-February 2026 and conclude by the end of March 2026.
According to sources, CBSE is planning to conduct the exams in a single shift to avoid any confusion and ensure smooth conduct. The board has also indicated that there will be adequate gap between papers of the same subject group to allow students sufficient preparation time.
Key subjects for Class 10 include Mathematics, Science, Social Science, English, and Hindi, while Class 12 students will appear for their respective stream subjects. The board has emphasized the importance of regular study, solving sample papers, and time management.
Once released, the date sheets will be available on the official CBSE website cbse.gov.in. Students are advised to download and keep a copy for reference throughout their preparation period.
